-Have a tooth-friendly and appliance-friendly diet: Your diet should include foods and drinks that contain Vitamin C and calcium (milk and dairy products) as well as non-sugary, non-acidic, and non-sticky foods and drinks.
-Expose your smile to fluoride: Fluoride is a natural mineral that can strengthen your teeth and help you avoid dental issues, like enamel erosion and cavities. It’s important to expose your smile to fluoride regularly by using fluoride toothpaste, using fluoride mouthwash, and drinking fluoridated water.
